By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
3. Products
We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, images, specifications and prices are accurate.
As all of our products are handcrafted and contain natural gemstones and metals, slight variations in colour, size, carat weight, finish and appearance may occur. Such variations do not constitute defects.
All product measurements and weights are approximate unless expressly stated otherwise.
4. Bespoke, made-to-order and personalised items
Most of our products are made to order or created to a customer's specification.
Where a product is:
- bespoke;
- customised;
- personalised;
- engraved; or
- made specifically to your requirements,
you acknowledge that cancellation and return rights may not apply under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Once production has commenced on a bespoke or personalised order, the order cannot be cancelled except where required by law.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights in relation to faulty or misdescribed goods.
5. Hallmarking
Where required by UK law, our jewellery is independently hallmarked in accordance with the Hallmarking Act 1973. Hallmarks may vary depending on the metal type, weight and applicable legal requirements. Further information about hallmarking is available on request.
6. Repairs and resizing
Any repair, resizing or aftercare services provided after delivery may be subject to additional terms and charges. Please contact us for further details.
7. Placing an order
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
After placing an order, you will receive an acknowledgement email confirming receipt of your order. This does not constitute acceptance of your order.
A contract between us is formed only when we accept your order and begin processing it.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where:
- a product is unavailable;
- pricing information is incorrect;
- payment cannot be authorised;
- fraud is suspected; or
- we reasonably believe there has been a breach of these Terms.
8. Prices and payment
All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (£) unless otherwise stated.
Prices may change without notice.
Payment must be received in full before products are dispatched unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors that may occur.
If an obvious pricing error is identified after an order is placed, we will contact you before proceeding.
9. Delivery
Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed.
We shall not be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:
- courier delays;
- customs procedures;

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.
Ownership of the goods remains with us until full payment has been received.

Where cancellation rights apply, you may cancel within 14 days of receiving your order.
You must notify us in writing if you wish to exercise your right to cancel.
Returned items must be returned unused, unworn and in their original condition and packaging unless the return relates to a fault.
